I think the best thing about this Wordpress theme is the backend framework, it's easy to manage (flexibility on adding content to the site), it's customisable, and easy to understand.

This was a new theme and I had a few minor issues to start. The support team was fantastic in fixing the problems and sending me clear and detailed instructions on how to update. (They even helped add or adjust small features like having the accordion appear differently on load). My site now runs excellently and does everything I need. Thanks!

Actually, there's more than one reason for my five-star rating. My client is thrilled with the site we're creating for him with Poison.
